Getting Leads on Dribbble: what is the best strategy?

Hey, beautiful crowd!

😥I have been trying to crack dribble logic for months and I am almost ready to give up. Here is the deal:

As a creative design agency, we used to get really hot leads on https://dribbble.com when our shots made it to the "top" category and were given an extra promotion by dribble, getting over 50k views.

🤷‍♀️ For months we were doing the same activities:

• posting regularly
• spending extra $ on promotion

but our posts don't make it to the top.
❔Does anyone know how the algorithm is working for dribbble? I have been researching this info and found zero information on this topic.
