I found Ash Maurya's books, Running Lean and Scaling Lean very insightful and helpful, specifically - structure for and testing business models. Note, it isn't a book on ideas of different models - it is on adopting the right mindset and a framework for testing business models. He has a good bit of quality content and some tools too at leanstack.com
After reading the books, I took his in person training as well. Solid.
Business as a whole is a huge topic. Like TiltforIndie said, starting and finding mentors is a good starting point.
I would recommend to read a book “Lean startup”. But there is no silver bullet, the only way learn business is to start your own. Mentorship is also good one, but... how to get a right mentor?
