Hiring: Technical Co-founder/ CTO <>Equity Sharing for Shortcast

Shortcast is Twitter for audio. A social micro podcast platform that simplifies the way people express their thoughts, ideas, and more as easy as sharing a tweet. As well as discover and engage with audio stories from interesting people from around the world.

We have been 10 months on the journey. Beta tested with 250+ users. Going live with IOS and Android app with 300+ waitlisted users.

I'm on the lookout for a full-time co-founder who can look upon the technical side of the project which I believe is the core of a tech product in its primitive days and on the go as well.

I'm looking for someone who has an eye and appetite for something above money. Probably everything above the money that solves a larger problem in the world is a hustler, is authentic and runs by ethics.

There is no salary, as I myself have been running on a loan and ZERO salary for 10 months now. But heavy equity in the range of 5-15% can go up to 20% depending on how well the work/product progress and we gel up.
