How do you collect feedback on your website?

I want to collect user feedback on my website in order to find out what the customers really want and to track bugs. However, most solutions on the market seem to target larger companies, have way too many features and are too expensive.

Therefore my question are:

• Do you collect feedback on you website?
• Can you recommend a tool that is suited for indie hackers / small companies?
