How do you manage your productized subscription service?

I'm curious, how do you manage your productized service? Do you automate?, do everything by hand?, what is your process?

I run a web development/MVP productized service at: https://www.influencelabs.ca

I personally like to automate everything to ensure consistency.

I use Clickup to manage tasks and requests, as well as to provide clients with a personal dashboard that contains a chat, the list of requests, and other important info. When a client request a task, it automatically copies that task into a personal board of mine where I manage everything.

I use Make and Zapier to automatically create and share new design boards with new clients. Also, when I update the status of a task in my personal board, it automatically updates in my clients as well.

But I'm curious, how do you run your productized service?
