How do you map processes/workflows?
Currently setting up some workflow/process charting for a contract job, and using Lucid Chart just seems far too over-the-top for the job. Does anybody have a more streamlined piece of software they use for simply diagramming/recording workflows?

I'm using https://www.draw.io/ or if you prefer a desktop application astah community (now discontinued, but works perfectly)
