How much are you paying for hosting?
I'm curious to know how much everyone is paying for hosting. Which cloud are you using for hosting and what services?
For InScheduler, we're hosting on Google Cloud Platform because we got $400 in credits to start.
The services that I'm currently using are:
- App Engine Standard
- Cloud Storage
- Memorystore (for Redis)
- Cloud SQL
Because we're still under the free usage for App Engine and Cloud Storage, we're currently just paying for Cloud SQL ($15/month) and Memorystore ($10/month).
I am using AWS for Update-Whisperer. I am using Elastic Beanstalk (basically EC2), Lambda, SQS, SNS, SES and RDS (Database).
I am not in the free tier anymore (because I opened the account a loong time ago).
The costs are about 60€ /months, but I could reduce that easily to 30€ without too much of an impact on application performance.
