How to do user activity logging?(for Saas)

Howdy folks, I'm looking for a service(possibly a logging service) that helps me figure out user flows.

I've got suggestions for general purpose logging services like papertrail, logz, etc but that is not what I'm looking for. I want to use a service where I can easily see a user's flow inside my app. Currently, Mixpanel comes close to solving this but it is more finetuned for logging metrics and retention rates.

Any suggestions from folks running Saas businesses?
