I didn’t set out to build an AI appointment setter.
I set out to stop doing sales calls at midnight just to hit breakeven.
But here we are — one scrappy funnel, one trained AI assistant, and one janky CRM later — and it’s actually starting to work.
đź’ˇ The Problem:
Every small business wants more customers.
None of them want to pay for the spaghetti that comes with digital marketing.
Broken automations.
Ghosted leads.
Facebook ads that burn money faster than they return it.
đź› What I Built:
A 3-question AI concierge named Marvin.
He doesn’t try to act smart.
He just:
Asks what kind of business you run
Gauges how you're getting customers
Offers to book a call or send the plan
It’s not flashy.
It’s just simple, consistent, and better than 99% of what’s out there.
🌍 Where It’s Going:
I'm rolling this out city by city — starting with Orlando.
Local Hero campaigns.
Hyper-relevant funnels.
No guessing. Just leads that actually go somewhere.
🤖 Lessons So Far:
“Smart” bots are often dumb. Scripted is better.
AI is just automation with a personality. That’s enough.
Most small businesses don’t need tools. They need systems that work.
If you’re trying to build something that pays the rent and buys you freedom — don’t overbuild.
Just ship the thing that makes you go: “God, I wish someone had done this for me 6 months ago.”
I’m not done yet.
But I’m closer than I’ve ever been.
