So now I'm at 0 MRR with my product. My question is, how should I start?
I've done a Twitter promoted ad but that doesn't seem to bring a lot of people to my waiting list.

I can understand the situation you're in currently!
I have created a 3-month SaaS plan that covers things you can do each week to get traction to your SaaS.
Let me know if you need it, I'll send you the link!
P.S. I'm also creating a product similar to the 3-month SaaS plan, except that you will be given 90 marketing tasks for the next 90 days, but not take you more than 15 minutes each day.
