I want to create a note-taking product that primarily targets learning-oriented users, I would appreciate some suggestions from everyone.

When I am studying through YouTube videos, I wish to have a tool to take real-time notes beside it, but I have found several existing products not user-friendly. I plan to develop an extension or product to support my needs, and I would appreciate any suggestions from you. Thank you.
