IDEA: Product to collect feedback on specific features at will?

I recently pushed an update to soundportals.live, every time I do I come to IH to get feedback. This is not ideal for a myriad of reasons, so I was wondering if a tool existed that would allow me to easily put out a question like an Instagram story question, asking users for feedback on a specific feature, and be able to easily add and remove or add for a specific period of time.

I believe this would be much more successful in collecting feedback from the target users while making the process simple for me and the users.

Does such a product exist? If not would you use it? And if one of you do decide to make it, please keep it free, at leased at the base level otherwise I'll make a free version.
