I'm looking to sell Opinix, the website/product I've been building.
Opinix is a survey and task rewards platform where users can discover opportunities, complete them, earn rewards, and manage their balance.
The site is live and currently has 29 users.
The product already includes things like:
Participant accounts
Surveys
Tasks
Wallet and transactions
Withdrawals
Referrals
Notifications
Admin dashboard
Community features
Reward and verification flows
I'm selling the website because I want to free up some capital and move on to another project.
I'm not claiming Opinix is a huge business — it's still early. I'm selling the existing product, codebase, and setup, so another founder can take it, modify it, and continue building without starting from zero.
I'm open to serious offers.
If you're interested, comment here or DM me and I can share more details about the stack, what is included, and how the transfer would work.
Two things a buyer will ask that aren't in the post yet.
First, balances. A rewards platform with a wallet and withdrawals carries a liability: whatever the 29 users have earned but not withdrawn. Say how much is outstanding and whether it settles before handover or transfers with the site, because that changes the price.
Second, the domain itself. Small-site buyers usually ask for a Search Console export and a backlink check early. Reward and survey niches attract spammy links, and to some buyers a clean domain is worth more than the codebase. I say that knowing our own site at UtilitySEO has 10 referring domains and every one is spam, so I know how that check can look.
Is the domain part of the sale, or only the code and setup?
Selling with 29 users is a different game than selling with revenue. Buyers usually underweight unfinished funnels and overweight "it already exists" — so the framing of what is proven vs what is still thesis matters a lot.
If the reward loop and balance mechanics already work end-to-end, lead with that reliability. If discovery is still the weak leg, be honest about it and price for a builder who wants to own distribution, not someone expecting a growth machine.
Curious what you are optimizing for in the sale — clean handoff speed, or maximizing price with a longer diligence cycle?
Since you're selling the working product and infrastructure rather than an established revenue business, I'm curious: what do you see as the main source of value for a buyer right now — the time saved by acquiring what's already built, or the user and marketplace behavior they could build on?
I'd say it's a combination, but the biggest value right now is probably the time saved.
A buyer wouldn't have to start from zero building the participant experience, admin system, wallet/reward flows, task and survey infrastructure, withdrawals, and the supporting backend.
The 29 users also add some early real-world behavior and feedback, but I wouldn't oversell that as a proven marketplace yet.
So I'd see the value as: working product + infrastructure + early user data/behavior + months of development time saved.
That distinction is useful. The development time saved is tangible, while the user behavior is still early evidence of what a buyer might build on.
I think the important distinction for you now is between what Opinix already delivers as an asset and what its current usage actually demonstrates. Those support different parts of the sale story.
