Increasing user engagement early

I run a dual sized marketplace connecting artists to commissioned walls for street art. I’ve had 4 paying customers (real estate developers) and 112 users (artists) on my platform. I need a better onboarding experience. I don’t love what I have now and want more engagement from the start. Would you increase the amount of email marketing, any ideas? #startuphelp
