Indie Hackers, When Wearing All the Hats, How Are You Context Switching?

As an indie hacker, you're working on developing a product, selling, marketing, designing, all of the above, plus more. What has worked best for you create optimal results?

I'm personally trying out blocking out time for deep work and picking when to work on a specific area. Like marketing one day, development another. I'm going to explore and see what cadence works best. Because I tried marketing + development for TurboNav in one day and it doesn't quite work for me.
