    For me I found these lessons really helped,

    1. Make sure you're a good fit for the company
    2. Don't be afraid to ask for help
    3. Be proactive about learning
    4. Be open to feedback
    5. Enjoy the process!

      Thank you! 2 and 4 are especially important!

      When asking for help it's nice to check whether the knowledge is not readily available. But other than that it's essential, being stuck on a problem than others already solved is not glorious!

      I've also met juniors not listening to feedback. Doing that is the most useful thing you caa do to grow.
