Looking for a no-code platform to help me build something similar to scratch

Does anybody know of a no-code app builder (either for a web app or a desktop app) that allows you to basically emulate https://www.scratch.mit.edu/ ? I need the user to be able to drag and drop different blocks into a certain order, taking them from a "toolbox" with some editable ones. It also needs to save them to a database when done. any help here would be awesome!
