Looking for someone who's running community for product development
Hi everyone!
I saw many indie hackers were running a Slack space or Discord server for their customers. I guess there are three main reasons for doing so:

collecting user feedback (because people talk more on text chat interface)

helping users start using their products (so, part of onboarding process)

building a community where people do the above by themselves
But still I don't quite get why they run text chat groups. If you have any experience on running text chat community for your product development, can you do a 30min video call with me, providing advice?
