Looking for tech co-founder(better prepare your distribution strategy)

I see a lot people looking for technical founder and It's great but what happen in the most of the cases is that most founder to avoid writing code for themselves or to avoid paying for it looks for cheap alternative, which having a technical co-founder which is great.

My take:

But when you are looking for technical cofounder then you might be able to dodge the tech bits a little but a whole marketing and distribution comes on you and you have to be really good at that or you must know how to impress them.

current process:

what's mostly happening is that you have idea and you think why build yourself lets find a co-founder, no one is going to build for you unless you have something really good to offer in return, which can be why your going to be able to break into market, your experience etc.
