My COVID-19 Response!

Hey guys, as we know the Corona Virus pandemic is slowing down the economy every single day.

I want to help you with some motivation and some info on how I'm navigating my companies thought these tough times.

#1. Last week, we've moved to complete work-from-home from an office-based setup. Spent time working with the team to be comfortable working from home as this is their first time.

#2. With all the negativity about losing clients and new business, I thought about how I can use COVID-19 to my advantage. And then, I got this idea.

Start giving huge yet profitable discounts to new and existing customers. But make sure these discounts are on the quarterly, semi-annual and annual plans only.

Get them committing for a longer period instead of monthly plans.

Why you have to do this?

For one, as days pass by, the situation might get worse and people will stop spending (guess it's already started). You need money in your hand to maintain positive cash flow and keep your businesses afloat.

Plus, your customers will get a better deal, so a win-win.

#3 talk to each and every client, you don't know what they're going through, be compassionate and see where you can help them. This is for 2 things, 1 is that you'll understand their situation and can analyse whether they can continue with you or now. 2 is that you might find new opportunities.
