My first production purchase, ten days after I posted that I had none

I build HerShape, my own product. It generates meal and workout plans around where a woman is in her cycle. Founder update, not a pitch.

The number this week: 1 paying subscriber. My subscription_events table now has exactly one production row, an initial_purchase on a monthly plan dated September 27. Every other row in that table is still sandbox and came from my own test accounts back in August. Total real users is 20 once I strip out test accounts. 5 signups in the last 7 days, and 4 of those 5 generated a plan.

What shipped: nothing I can point to. There is nothing in front of a user this week that was not there last Monday.

What I learned: ten days ago I posted here that I could not tell a demand problem from a broken purchase path, because nothing had ever exercised the live one. One row settles that question and nothing else. I know the path works end to end now. I still do not know whether anyone else will pay, and 1 is not a rate.

My question: what did you do in the week after your first sale? I am tempted to read it as the start of a pattern and go change pricing on the strength of it. I suspect the more useful move is to leave pricing alone and go find the second one.
