Need help with my idea

I'm a full stack developer and am currently looking for a side project idea.
I recently subscribed to Tyler Tringas' mailing list and today I received another email offering explore the catalog of Big SaaS usage in different areas. I saw the section "Barbershops" and immediately got an idea - a catalog of barbers nearby.
It seems that I have not met such sites, at least in Russia (I'm from here).
What do you think?

Denis, are you looking for the side project to earn revenue? Or are you just looking to build something as a hobby to keep developing your skills?
Find someone with a good idea and co-found I guess.
Sounds interesting, but what would be the differences between that and searching in google "barbers near me"?
Maybe some sort of feedback from the clients, or a weird social network for barbers/customers with some crazy ideas, idk 🤷🏻♀️

Plus, there are tons of directories out there already (Yelp, SuperPages, etc.)
I suppose this is location dependent. Maybe there aren't many directories available that show barbershop listings in Russia. If that's the case, then it might worth exploring -- though it still may be slightly too narrow of a focus.
