Need someone to create a cash pool game script

I need some to write a cash game script, the game would be hosted on dailycashpool.com and I would like the script to be a cash game like: banscam.me where users can use fiat currency and cryptocurrency to play and can withdraw in fiat or cryptocurrency.

How the game works:
Step 1 - Purchase Ticket: Players purchase a ticket to win the pot. Minimum entry is always indicated. We take every transactions with a fee of 5%.

Step 2 - Dividends: Each player gets 20% dividend split between all previous tickets. The earlier you join the more you get. More tickets = more divided.

Step 3 - Time Period: Every time a player purchases a ticket, the timer resets and the ticket price increases. Time period will always be 24 hours.

Step 4 - Exit: Being the last player purchasing a ticket, thus sending currency to the address, lets this player exit the game and drain the entire pot.
