No code subscription

Hi all!

I'm a developer and thinking about using no-code in my next project to save me some time.

My app is an API and I'd like to "out-source" the whole signing up and subscription to an external tool.

I need a tool that I can create good looking forms to collect info + charge recurring revenue and the end + call from my backend to get responses.

All in all Typeform could have been perfect, only they don't allow recurring charges.

Any alternatives? My only requirement is that it needs to be dead simple. Integrating with Stripe would probably take me 1 day so anything above that and I'll just code myself.
