Nocode tool for building a ChatGPT tool

I'm testing an idea to build a chatGPT tool that'll allow non-tech founders to try out chatGPT API without writing any code. They can use a form to take input from users and then use the backend to enter their logic to manipulate data OR add prompts in plain English.
