Not another privacy-friendly metrics SaaS

Hello,

Having just launched Tweet Verita (https://tweet-verita.developer-service.io/), I am looking for the next idea to build...

One of the things that I have noticed is the need to really have good analytics to understand where your traffic is coming from.

Clear Google Analytics is the most used one, but it is complex, bloated, and not very privacy-friendly.

I have seen other Indie Hacker's products in this space, like https://plausible.io/, but still seems like there is something missing...

I am thinking of trying my luck to build such a privacy-friendly analytics SaaS, but the major differentiator for my product would be the pricing.

I want to have a tiered pricing structure, linking the price to the number of visits a site gets, but having pre-defined tiers.

This means (like AWS services) that the more visits you have the lower the unit cost will be per visit.

Any thoughts? Would love to hear your feedback.
