Processes Documentation for Engineering Teams

I have an idea around software teams' knowledge resource sharing. The idea is to enable a team member to add a specific item to the knowledge repo e.g a workaround on a particular problem he/she encountered and how to solve it. Other team members can access this repo in the future and be able to fix issues faster and improve on them. The app will be applicable for devs, DevOps, and other technical team members. It can also be used in things like backup processes, deployment procedures, back-out processes etc
