Productized MVP building (React + Node)

Hi there I am a fellow indie hacker and I plan starting to build MVP web apps for you.
My aim is specifically at problems that now are solved in spreadsheet.

think of web apps where you save data and then generate reports dashboards, back office apps, CRM, small ERP

Something that would be made with a theme like these:

All apps will have:

an admin interface ( list create read update delete)
basic login and request based roles.
good an clean architecture

Definitions:

standard page:
- a custom designed detail or list page for one model displaying a subset of its fields, including nested ones

a custom designed edit page where say users with certain roles can edit certain fields

custom page:

a dashboard combining more models aggregations computations etc
report generations combining more models

Price:
$1400 - max 17 database models, up to 7 standard pages and one custom page
$2900 - max 30 database models, up to 15 standard pages and 2 custom pages
$4400 - max 40 database models, up to 20 standard pages and 3 custom pages

custom if needed but in the same idea with the above

Tech:
-React

Node/Nest JS
GraphQL for API

The design/ requirements / wireframes will be provided by the client in Figma or webflow.
The execution will not be "pixel perfect" it will be similar, modern and functional.

Objections:

"I can build with bubble or other no code these simple apps". True, however this is actual usable good quality code that can be scaled and maintained.
"How can it be so cheap, it must be bad quality". The only reason I am able to build this so cheap is because I have a competitive advantage with the a CLI that basically generates the backend for the above in minutes (useGenerated.com)
