Proof beats polish

Last week I launched Norte on two directories.

To my surprise, the one I was expecting more traction from brought zero traffic, while the other one didn't just got upvotes. Almost 10 people signed up and started using the platform directly from that directory.

That’s been my biggest lesson as a solo founder so far: you don’t need a perfect product to get traction. Norte is still in beta, but people are already saving money and finding protections they didn’t know they had.

This week I shipped:
– A more polished Wallet Dashboard UI
– The ability to chat with the Norte Assistant to plan trips or purchases with confidence

Early users are sending valuable feedback and stories about their usage. That’s exactly the kind of moment I’m building for.
