Question: Are you using any platform to manage your marketing?

I am planning to build a platform focusing on Social Media marketing for Small business / IH to solve their various problems. But before initiating the product, I would like to understand my customers and target audience better.

It would be great if you could help me with the following questions.

1. What are the biggest problems you face while dealing with Marketing?

2. Do you find any tasks to be repetitive and time-taking on any Social media channel that could be automated instead?

3. Would you be willing to pay for a platform that will cater to your problems?
