Question on Redo Voice Over Video

I did a screen recording of how to use my new website. To make it more professional, I'm searching for a service to override my voice with that of a native English speaker. I can't easily commission a native speaker to do the entire screen recording for me because he/she won't know how to use my website (it's quite complicated to be honest), so I'm thinking just let him/her record exactly what I said in the screen-cast and edit the video by replacing my voice with his/hers.

I know it sounds, no pun intended, complicated, which is precisely where my problem is -- I can't even summarize what I'm looking for in a few keywords to feed to google.

Has anyone done or know something similar to what I want? Is there a standard term for such service?

Thanks.

My wife does the voice over work for all our videos here. She doesn't know the product. So what I do is to do the talking myself while I record the screen cast, taking care to speak slowly (I tend to talk really fast). Then, once I finish the screencast, I type up a script with everything I said, word for word.

Tip: Ensure you type it in larger font and 1.5 line spacing for easy reading.

Then I hand this script to my wife, and record her while she reads it out. I ask her to leave a 2 to 3 second pause between each paragraph.

That gives me a series of voice 'snippets' that I can cut and paste and move around to fit what is happening on the screen cast. Occasionally I will have to speed up or slow down the video speed to sync, but this is rare because doing the video to my own voice usually ensures that everything syncs up pretty much 'out of the box'.

Here is an example of a recent video (we are revamping our online training course for our SaaS) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d4xotuHs-cs

TLDR - Record your own voice over your screencast, then transcribe that to a script and give to a voiceover artist to record, and merge it into your video.

I think you're just looking for a voice over work where the script happens to be what you've already recorded. I'd probably transcribe it down as written word to prevent any confusion, and then present both the script and recorded video to who ever is doing the voice over work. That way that can see what you want them to say, and how much time they have to say it. A good voice over artist can also probably help you manage timing and let you know if there's going to be problems with flow based on your word and time constraints.
