Queue Data Structure Implementation. Use it for large arrays.

Wrote an NPM package to implement QUEUE data structure in your apps.
It's a tiny package, written in 100% JAVASCRIPT.

While using large arrays, it's always suggested to use Queue to attain O(1) complexity.
