Running a Followup Product Hunt Campaign

Wondering if anyone has experience with following up an initial Product Hunt launch with a followup launch? Any lessons learned or suggestions on how to set this up for success?

We launched a B2C version of our product 2+ years ago - did quite well, all things considered. Been building away and we've since pivoted our go-to-market to B2B - entirely different market, branding, user persona but core tech is still similar (although far more refined and feature rich). Thinking about relaunching on PH and kickstarting traction with this new offering.

Launch as a whole new product?
Is there a way to update the current post (we have 122 upvotes)?
Any need to delete the old one to play nice with any nuances to the PH algorithm?
