Scratching My Own Itch - Business Idea

I have created a few bootstrapped businesses. My current main one is www.podserve.fm and it is going well. I was working on coding up the emails based on failed payments, credit cards expiring, trials ending, and decided with the Stripe Connect accounts API that could be a product on its own. I also have done some work with programmatic SMS and feel like that would be a good addition to go with emails if users want.

I figure if I build it I have a guaranteed customer in myself, and it will be nice for any future businesses I happen to build.

Do you use a software currently that does this? If so what do you like/dislike? Do you think you would use something like this if I build it?
