Searching for a Sales/Marketing partner

Allow me to share some details with you and then you can more easily assess our future potential partnership.

I gained my Bachelors in AI in the UK and came back to my home country in south asia. There I started a software development company with 2 other partners. The idea was very simple. Do some freelancing, make some money, hire more guys with this earned money and ultimately build our own SaaS products. Now it's been almost 3 years. Now we are almost 200 people working on our own products together.

This is what we've achieved so far:

We built a product for an international client from scratch and they achieved a successful IPO just this year.

Similarly, we worked for a few other companies and made some good income by freelancing.

We made a team of like-minded people and built our own SaaS product together with a separate company.

Now, this B2B SaaS product is used in around 200 countries.

We didn't need to raise any funding. We bootstrapped from scratch. This product is break-even if not profitable. But we have enough to pay our 200 employees for at least 1 year.

These 200 people include data scientists, front-end developers, back-end developers, content writers, salespeople, marketing people, legal guys, our UI/UX team, our iOS/Android dev team and so on.

After this successful SaaS product, now we have completed another SaaS product and we're soon going to launch it.

As you can see from the above-mentioned facts, we've been lucky and successful but I believe that our Sales and Marketing is not as good as it could be, so we are not scaling at a fast-enough pace.

Our expertise lies in building products from an idea to production to scale but I don't think we are strong in sales or marketing.
