Sendgrid Pro Plan

I am currently on their Essentials plan. I am considering upgrading to this plan primarily so I can use dedicated IPs. Been noticing some deliverability issues to important customers lately and logs indicate it is due to Sendgrid IPs being blacklisted. Anyone here using their Pro plan? Are you happy? Is it developer friendly?
