Services to submit news articles?

Hi,

Soon we go launch personal payment pages for payrequest (your own payrequest.me/name) but does anyone have tips to get published on some news websites?

Are they maybe some services to submit or something?
Or is the best way to personal contact every website like Techcrunch?
