As an indie maker, we tend to focus on the product and not on the testing. We are more focused on the features and the business side of things. But, as a developer, we all know that the code quality is important. With limited resources, we don't have the time to write tests.
So, I've spent 2 weeks to re-learn and write E2E tests for my project. I've used Cypress.io and it was a great experience.
Now, I can say that I'm happy with the result and so satisfying to see the tests running alone:
Just writing the test itself has already helped me to find some bugs and improve the code quality. I won't be afraid to refactor the code anymore and add new features.
