Subscription Community for Tech Leadership

Hello all,
So I am in the process of putting together a landing page and email capture for the above idea.

Essentially the plan is to build a grow a community based around Tech Leadership thinking. From all side of Tech business, Development, Design, Marketing Science, Management, etc.

This will include content being released from several people in the industry to provide real value to all thinking of moving into leadership or those already in it. Blog Posts, Podcasts, are to become the norm for this.

Then to the side a community where people can ask each other questions and build knowledge with each other.

This will sit behind a paywall of which the cost hasn't decided at this point. However, I personally as a Tech Lead in a large company feel that I would pay for something similar to grow my knowledge and speak to like-minded individuals.

The reason for the subscription model. The content is aiming to be at a level which is truly insightful and will help careers and teams progress. It also removes a little bit of the spam from the community offering.
