Thanks for reading! As far as the first 10 paid subscribers go, typically it is best to use people you’ve used to validate your newsletter concept.
These might be readers of your blog, people who have purchased digital products from you in the fast, or just other enthusiasts in your niche.
The first 10 can be hard. My tips:
Underprice you’re newsletter initially for the first 10 subscribers at least. Remember—unless you have been running your newsletter for months or years they don’t know what they are getting.
Give a promo code to these high interest fans. You may be surprised to see that a few take you up on your discount but several other less obvious followers value your content and will subscribe without a discount.
Have a very clear CTA page explaining what subscribers get and why these perks are worth substantially more than your free content(without making your free content sound bad).
