The 30 Minute MVP

This year I've built three MVPs for three different SAAS's. The first two took about 2.5 months each and this last one took about 30 minutes.

Here's the entire tech stack:
Google Form > Google Sheets > Manually handle the magic

I'm so tired of spending 200+ hours building an MVP. The hard part about this tech stack was deciding what questions to put in the Form.

I know it's not always possible to get by on a simple tech stack like this and it's definitely not a good long term solution.

But the products I've built this year had these themes:

And the big lesson I learned this year is that I should see the solution happen manually first before building a tool to automate it.
