The best thing about Startup School
For those of us that participated in YCombinator's Startup School:
- What did you like the most about it? What did you find most useful?
- What is the least intersting feature in your opinion?
For those who didn't: Startup School is a great educational resource for startup founders, I participated it when it first came, and came back a year later for another startup and I find it really useful.
For me it was the group sessions.
I've seen the videos in the curriculum, and I review them when I'm diving into a specific topic. They're really good.
That said, most of the value, I got from the group sessions. Just talking with other founders and brainstorming helped me a lot.
What I found least useful? Probably the forum. I find it not as engaging as it could be, and a bit hard to get around...I'd probably prefer it to be an "all in one channel" type of forum like reddit communities, or StackOverflow with a tag mechanism.
