I wanted to share with you this exciting insight (just a quick query on Filma's analytics to check how things are going).
We've decided to start localising and adding more languages onto Filma based on our customers' origins. We have started with those countries/languages that are clearly emerging as frequent users.
Filma has been for a while a bilingual video editing app (English and Spanish) and after identifying that Germany was one of the countries that was growing in our customer base we decided to bless and welcome them on their mother tongue by adding German to our list of supported languages.
The numbers talk by themselves, also we are really excited to see an overall increment of our users/usage of the app.
I know there are a lot of good benefits of localising in multiple languages, including better positioning on the App Stores, probably worth for a more detailed discussion post in the future.
Do you think that Localising your products is a good way of growing?
