The Road to $50K MRR

I started customer discovery.co 8+ months ago. In the process of doing our own customer discovery interviews, many founders offered to pay us $1000/month for us to help them with customer discovery/development via a consultancy while our SaaS platform is being developed.

I decided to pass as we had a few enterprise deals on the table for $5k/month. Now I have a sales and User research team and I am ready to scale to $50k MRR from $5k (10 more sales).

Any suggestions or potential leads? We are happy to offer steep discounts as our consultancy is funding our platform development.
