Twitter bot to automate replies
Hey, I moved to Twitter for my promotional work related to my business.
The comments or post related to my work are getting general and I just wanted to automate replies. Basically I need a tool which can automatically reply to Twitter users based on keywords and hashtags. Help me out if anyone know about such tool..
Be very careful with this, generally it gets spammy and feels like people aren’t talking to someone at the business
Yes it will be spammy in a way but I will use in a limited way. Actually I want them to auto reply (Text+Link)
and redirect them to my site chatbox. So that I can manage all customer support from one place.
