Shipped a lot since the pricing post: fixed a genuine email verification bug that would have silently blocked every new signup, rebuilt the whole landing page into proper separate pages (Pricing, Features, Demo, Contact — all real URLs now, not just scroll anchors), cleaned up months of encoding bugs across the entire codebase, and had a real call with an agency operations advisor who gave me the sharpest feedback yet: "I can't recommend an untested product. Show me agencies actually using it, and I'll reconsider."
Fair. So that became the actual job.

Here's what CLOBSOW looks like today. [Slide: SOW page with AI Commercial Insights]
Since then: sent 15+ personalized outreach messages to UK agency founders — researched each one properly, referenced real recent wins, no templates. Ten people have replied. Zero have said yes to actually trying it yet.
Still zero paying customers. Still zero real usage.
What I've learned: getting someone to READ about your product is easy. Getting someone to spend 30 minutes actually using it, with their real client data, is a completely different problem — and I don't think more outreach volume alone solves it.
If you've cracked this — turning "interesting, thanks for sharing" into "yes, let's try it" — genuinely want to hear how. And if you run a UK agency and want to be the first real test case, that offer's still open.
Those ten “interesting, thanks” replies with zero real CLOBSOW trials is such a classic freeze — reading the page is easy, opening a live client SOW isn’t. I’ve been doing a free text-only week for that stall: one done-sentence, then one next step a day (text only). If you want, reply with the smallest one-project try you’d count as real usage.
Reading is easy, opening a live client SOW isn't. That's exactly where it stalls. The smallest try I'd count as real: one agency uploads one SOW into their own account and logs a week of time against it. I've also put up a no-signup margin calculator so the first step needs no trust at all.
Love this angle. Building Xstream4K right now so this hits close to home — what made you look into it in the first place?
This clicked for me. I've actually been testing a manual version of exactly this in outreach — instead of asking someone to trial the whole platform, I ask for one project's numbers (approved scope, hours delivered so far, any scope changes, what's been invoiced) and send back what's at risk and why, in about 10 minutes flat. No install, no setup.
Your comment is pushing me to build the self-serve version of that as the actual front door — a standalone "what's your scope creep costing you right now" check instead of leading with the full feature set. The rest of the platform becomes the answer to "okay, now what," not the pitch.
Appreciate you naming the specific moment instead of the general framing — that's the harder thing to see from the inside. Building it this week, will come back and report what happens.
Your Features page opens as a broad agency operating system, but Scope Creep Sentinel is the one promise tied directly to an urgent loss: SOW hours drifting before the invoice goes out. I’d make that single before-the-invoice moment the front door instead of asking a first user to evaluate the entire platform.
