Virtual events and hackathons for diversity in tech
Hi all,
I'm new to IndieHackers but have found so many helpful posts and resources. Our startup organizes Equalithons, (hackathons for equality). These hackathons are transformative opportunities for tech employers to recruit and hire for diversity at the intersection of gender, race, and disability to create an inclusive work culture.
Equalithons are the link between organizations that uphold diversity and inclusion commitments and tech talent who want to work for those companies.
We have a few upcoming events including a hacknight and wanted suggestions on the best sites to share our events with the tech community.
