We built AI employees that actually execute work (MoodLens To-do launch)

Hi everyone,

I’m Mohammed Amine, founder of MoodLens Technology.

For the past year, we’ve been building something that started from a simple frustration:

Most project management tools don’t actually do anything.

They just help you track work…
but you still have to do everything yourself.

So we asked:

What if your workspace could actually execute work for you?

We ended up building MoodLens Todo.

It’s a workspace where, instead of just assigning tasks, you can actually hire AI employees inside your team.

A few examples of what we’ve been testing internally:

• An AI Community Manager that monitors Instagram comments, replies in your brand voice, and flags important ones

• An AI Recruiter that writes job descriptions, posts them, screens candidates, and sends you a shortlist

• A Finance Agent connected to Stripe that tracks transactions and generates reports automatically

• A Support Agent that answers common questions instantly and escalates complex ones

These aren’t just assistants suggesting things —
they actually execute tasks inside the workspace.

We also built:

• Full project management (Kanban, sprints, dependencies…)
• Docs (Notion-style with AI editing)
• Video calls with an AI participant that joins meetings, takes notes, and creates tasks

The goal is simple:

Move from “managing tasks” → to “managing outcomes”
