We built Maptera because sharing places was broken

For years, my brother Patryk and I saved places in Google Maps, but sharing them with friends was always a pain. Lists were clunky, links got lost, and it never felt social.

We trusted people, not reviews. So we built Maptera.
It's a social map where you can pin spots you love, places you've been, or ones you want to visit. You can use it solo, or follow friends and discover places through people you trust. Pin anything you like: coffee shops, playgrounds, tattoo studios, climbing gyms. No limits.

No funding. No team. Just the two of us building something we needed.
