The slider is a bit overwhelming, I dont think the text should move with it.

Looked at it on mobile. My first view is a slider withree identical slides (only image changes). Kill the slider and choose one hero image.

Also, you use "read more", while I would opt for a better CTA that is more descriptive of what you do / leads visitors to your desired outcome.

first off, the site is a bit heavy (and slow). checked pingdom tools and google pagespeed. :)
